Questions about pricing
When do I pay?
When you receive the third story, reserve your book for $99. That pays for your first full color hardcover, with free shipping. You pay for extra copies when you order them, after you approve the proof. It is not a subscription.
What happens to stories that arrive before I pay?
They are safe and waiting. You see who shared and when, and you can read every word as soon as the book is reserved. The people who share never see a word about payment.
How long can the book be?
Your included copy covers the whole book, up to 400 pages. Extra copies include up to 200 pages. Each page after that adds 10¢ in black & white or 20¢ in full color. Most memorial books are 120 to 250 pages.
How long does delivery take?
About 2 to 3 weeks from the day you approve the proof, with standard shipping. Express costs $14.95 to the first address and $22.95 to each other address. If the book is for a service or a birthday, tell us the date and we show you the last day to order.
Can I order more copies later?
Yes, at any time, at the same prices and discounts.
What if I change my mind, or the book has a problem?
Before printing, we refund the full $99. After printing, if the book is not what you hoped for, tell us within 30 days and we refund what you paid for it. If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, we reprint it free. We cannot reprint for a mistake that was in the proof you approved.
Can I give StoryKnit as a gift?
We do not have gift cards yet. But you can send a finished book to anyone, with a note in the box.
